The Avnon Group, a global leader in the HLS and defense sectors, is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager for a hands-on managerial position. Projects and sales processes will be conducted for the American market.
The position will include lead generation; identifying and developing relationships with key players in international markets; devising and executing strategy through building an extensive professional network; analysis and identification of new business opportunities; creation of business plans; participation in relevant exhibitions; managing and consulting for ongoing projects; and cultivating a deep and well-rounded understanding of the defense industry. The position will be directly under the CEO of the Avnon Group
• Prior experience in the defense and HLS industry – must.
• Prior experience working in the U.S. – must.
• English – Fluent/Mother Tongue.
• Academic education – must.
• 3 – 5 years prior experience in project management – must.
• High-level interpersonal and marketing skills.
• Readiness to travel – must.
