Manage sales operation according to the sales process policy;
Order fulfilment, from order entry support to full delivery
Orders coordination with the logistic center
Invoicing
RMA / Warranty
Manage Shipments and Export to dealers abroad
Manage dealers and farms’ database in the system
Liaison with Dealers to assure all required transactions are completed in line with company policies
Support global Sales teams by assuring the sales processes
Work closely with the other Sales Operation team members
WILLING TO CONSIDER CANDIDATES BASED ON POTENTIAL AND NOT EXPIRIENCE
English at a mother tongue level - must
Bachelor's degree - advantage
1-2 years of relevant experience at customer service / account manager - Advantage
Proven Excel skills
Previous experience with Priority ERP - Advantage
