You’re invited to Join Beach Bum, the greatest gaming family that brings a new twist to classic games by introducing them to the world of online casual games.
We are looking for ambitious students, with at least two years left in their studies to join our customer service team. You will provide product/services information and resolve emerging problems that our players face within the game.
Responsibilities:
Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.
Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution.
Achieve an optimal support experience by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with great freedom, career development, and benefits.
Requirements:
• Native or Mother tongue level in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work weekends and nights from home
• Availability to work in shifts, at least 3 shifts in a week (Sunday to Thursday 22:00-6:00) and every second weekend
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive & can-do attitude!
• Data-driven thinker
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High-level understanding/interest in social gaming/online marketing field
• 1+ years of experience in customer success – an advantage
