The company is part of a large group of companies that mainly operates in Europe, Australia, South America, and Asia. We are an independent growing company that runs campaigns on huge budgets in various digital marketing channels. We run online campaigns mainly on platforms such as: Google, Taboola, Outbrain, DV360 and a variety of Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram Twitter, TikTok and more).

Lead Creative as-a-whole (Branding from scratch, Landing page, images, video ads, landing page video, websites, social media ads.
Define creative short/long term strategy along with the sales team.
Connect all creative units inbound & outbound, 360-degree view (communication, processes).
Retrospective analysis on which visuals styles work for each of the company’s brands and products while meeting our marketing materials KPIs.
Recruiting, Mentoring, managing, and training the team.
Rolling up your sleeves and doing some creative briefs, brand books for the first year.
Developing and implementing processes to enable the company to scale while maintaining high quality
You are an experienced Creative and Marketing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the Fintech industry. Skilled in Adobe Creative Software, Social Media, Landing page, Photography, Website Design, and Brand Development. Strong marketing professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Graphic Design or other relevant degrees.
5+ years of related experience, with 3+ years of creative direction in an agency or corporate settings. Proven experience in e-Commerce/consumer goods company - a significant advantage.
Strong leadership skills, ability to instruct a team of expert artists and creative staff and oversee multiple projects through all its stages.
Experience in building a team from scratch, develop and implement processes.
Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the messaging platform.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
Innovation and ability to come up with a fresh design style.
Team player with excellent communication & collaboration skills
