Development of local business strategies:
Develops category strategy into local market plan
Conducts audit (brand measures, competition analysis, media & consumer behaviors)
to gain continuous market understanding and identify business opportunities
Innovation processes:
Leads category processes of innovation & renovation including IPM
Leads the category 8Q innovation plans
Builds and manages Inoovation business cases and P&Ls
Category communication & 360 activation:
Builds and manages Strauss IC brand communication plans and fulfillment of its purpose
Build and manage launch plans
Builds and manages 360 activation plans
Budget management:
Plans annual category’s budget according to the strategic priorities
Manages category’s A&P budget in order to achieve KPI’s and effective utilization
BA in economics/Business/Communication/Social Sciences; MBA- advantage
3-5 years of experience in marketing.
At least 2-3 years as brand manager
Knowledge of FMCG sector- advantage
