We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our Tel Aviv office.
In this position you will be the focal point for all user’s software & hardware issues locally and globally.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for employees in the company
Oversee the maintenance of office infrastructure (firewalls, switchers, WiFi, servers, printers, zoom rooms etc.)
Manage employee’s equipment, including purchasing and oversee the IT budget
Off hour tech support when needed
2+ years’ experience as helpdesk / IT engineer at a startup environment
Service oriented
English – both written and verbal
Prior experience in technical support – advantage
